9. Statutory Warranties and Structural Claims Processes

If you receive an item that contains material flaws, production errors, or broken ceramic structures, you are fully entitled to statutory protection mechanisms under the Croatian Civil Obligations Act (Zakon o obveznim odnosima) and EU consumer rules.

Prompt Examination Mandate: Because bathroom goods are highly fragile, you must inspect the items immediately upon receipt. Any exterior shipping structural damage must be logged immediately onto the carrier’s digital or physical slip.
